ICAPIST-2027 will be hosted in a hybrid format. For participants unable to travel to Delhi, all plenary talks and selected technical sessions will be broadcast live.

Secure video conferencing links (via Zoom) will be sent to registered virtual attendees via email 48 hours prior to the conference start date.

Guidelines for Virtual Presenters

• Please join your designated session 15 minutes early to test your audio and screen sharing.
• Ensure your microphone is muted when you are not speaking.
• Presentations should be in PDF or PPTX format.
